The cheeses from Abruzzo are rich in taste and traditione<\/strong>, in our assortment you can find Pecorino d’Abruzzo and Montepetra.<\/p>\n

The Pecorino d’Abruzzo<\/strong> is a cheese made from pasteurized sheep’s milk, seasoned from 20 to 60 days. It’s aged in baskets that give it his typical cylindrical shape, pale yellow color, sweet and delicate flavor.<\/p>\n

The Montepetra<\/strong> is manufactured with pure pasteurized sheep’s milk, coagulated with lamb natural rennet and stewed with hot whey. Salted by hand and seasoned on fir boards for 4 or 5 months, is characterized by the slightly bubbled white paste, with a definite but not strong taste.<\/p>\n
